Missguided - Peace & Love Collection

Hey guys sorry I've been so rubbish and haven't posted in ages! These are a few looks from the new limited edition collection from Missguided and I love everything about it. It's completely my style right now and the prices are so reasonable for such beautiful designer inspired pieces. Monochrome is such a huge trend for this season and although some pieces may not be completely weather appropriate they'd be great for a night out or for when it gets slightly warmer in spring! You should definitely go and check out the collection and snap yourself up some amazing pieces before they all disappear!

UNIF - Twins Peak FW13

Here are some of my favourite photos from the lookbook of the new collection from Unif. I love the simple, laid back vibe of these photos, the models have such a cool, grungy edge which makes me want to buy the clothes just to look as good as them!

OOTD 3.

Rings: (L-R) H&M, Miss Selfridge, New Look

Jumper: New Look     Jeans: Primark     Jacket: Primark     Bag: New Look     Shoes: Office
Lipstick: Revlon 'Black Cherry'     Nails: Miss Sporty

So this is what my new hair looks like! I'm still getting used to it as I haven't had short hair in a long time but I definitely like it a lot!
I got this fluffy jumper from New Look the other day as it was 20% off for students and thought I would take advantage of that. I've been eyeing up fluffy jumpers and cardigans from various shops and originally wanted to buy a black cropped one, but I thought I'd try out this colour as pink is really in this season and I don't think I actually own anything else pink (but I do still want a black one too!) It's so soft and will definitely keep me nice and cosy when it gets a bit colder!

Girl Crush - Freja Beha Erichsen

Magazine covers, runway shows, campaigns, editorials, you name it, I'm pretty sure Freja has done it all. She has even had designers naming items in their collections after her. She really is a favourite in the fashion industry, probably because of that gorgeous bone structure, perfect features and general effortless cool. She can make anything look good without even trying. Oh and I also love her tattoos!

Hair Inspiration

I'm getting my hair cut this week and I really fancy a change! I've seen a lot of photos on tumblr and in magazines of girls with really chic long and blunt bobs and I absolutely love the style but I'm just not sure I'll be able to pull it off! I had short hair a good few years ago and after waiting for my hair to grow and saying I'd 'never cut it short ever again' I'm beginning to change my mind and have gradually been trimming it down. Another reason I love these shorter hairstyles is because two of my favourite bloggers, ErikaBowes and PrettySickly have similar styles and both look so amazing.
What do you guys think, should I go for it?

OOTD 2.

Shirt:  TKMaxx     Jeans:  Primark     Bag:  New Look     Shoes: Dr Martens
Necklace:  Mum's     Lipstick:  Revlon 'Black Cherry' (lightly applied)

Today's outfit was pretty simple but I actually really like it! I've had this shirt for a while now and I love the deep burgundy colour, especially for autumn/winter. My jeans are new from Primark and are the 'super high waist skinny jeans', this is the first time I've worn them and so far I love them. I think I may do a full review of them on here soon so please let me know if you'd like to see that!

So today I had my induction for the college course I will finally be starting next week! After doing a year at sixth form studying A levels I decided it just wasn't for me, my AS grades were actually pretty good but the subjects I had chosen just weren't interesting me enough. The only subject I really enjoyed was art as it allowed me to express my creativity in a variety of different ways, one of those ways being through photography which is the course I am now taking! I have always loved photography, my aspiration is to go onto university to study fashion photography as I love the fashion industry and it would be a dream to work with such inspiring and interesting people. I will keep you guys updated with what I'm up to on my course and hopefully share some of my work with you soon!
My outfit today was pretty simple as I just wanted to be comfortable. I really love these boyfriend style ripped jeans from Topshop and have been wearing them to death recently! I feel like I need to get some more wardrobe staples for the upcoming colder months, what are your favourite autumn/winter essentials?

Also I know the quality of these photos isn't brilliant as they were taken on my iphone (ironic as i've just told you i'm studying photography) but hopefully I will find a good set up and be able to take photos on my slr soon!
